Subscription Plans:
If you activate any included subscription plan in the VIAIM app, it becomes non-refundable, as the service begins immediately upon activation.
Physical Items:
We’re happy to accept returns for Earset Mystery Boxes, but the full set must be returned together (earset + all surprise items). Since this is a bundled, discounted holiday box, partial returns aren’t available.
How do I know what I received?
