Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from store.viaim.ai. If for any reason, you're not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return and cancellation process to make things right. Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they ship by contacting our support team at service@viaim.ai.
If the order has already shipped, you may request a return once it has been delivered.

2. Return Eligibility

Return Window: Within 30 days of order placement.
Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, with all original packaging intact and no signs of use.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items
Products purchased through third-party retailers (please follow their return policy directly)

4. Return Process

Submit a Request: Contact us at service@viaim.ai within 30 days.
Authorization: After the customer service review, you will be provided with the return address and operation instructions.
Shipping: Ship the item back as instructed. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or shipped in error.
Inspection & Refund: After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Once the inspection is complete, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the inspection and refund to be completed.

5. Refunds

Refunds are usually processed to the original payment method.
Credit card refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Special Cases: In certain circumstances, we may arrange a refund via a third-party payment method. Our support team will contact you directly if this applies.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please complete a return for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide a detailed description and photos/videos of the issue.
Once our support team reviews and confirms the issue, we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund based on your preference.
