Authorization: After the customer service review, you will be provided with the return address and operation instructions.

Shipping: Ship the item back as instructed. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or shipped in error.

Inspection & Refund: After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Once the inspection is complete, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the inspection and refund to be completed.
