Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please email our customer service team at service@viaim.ai. Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet shipped. If the order has already shipped, you may initiate a return once it has been received. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Return Eligibility

· Return Window: Items are eligible for a return within 30 days of placing your order.

· Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, with all original packaging intact and no signs of use.

Products Purchased from Third-Party Retailers

Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns for products purchased from third-party retailers. Kindly refer to the return policy of the original place of purchase.

Return Process

· Submit a Request: Contact our customer service team at service@viaim.ai within the eligible return period to initiate a return.
· Receive Authorization: Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send back the item.
· Ship the Item: Use the provided instructions to ship the item back to us. Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
· Inspection and Refund: After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Once the inspection is complete, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the inspection and refund to be completed.

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
    If you experience a delay in receiving your refund, please contact the bank or payment provider associated with your original payment method, as processing times may vary.

    Exchanges

    We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please process a return for a refund and place a new order.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. To process your request, please provide a detailed description of the issue along with relevant photos or videos.
    Return Conditions:
    · The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of use.
    · The item must be returned in its original packaging.
