Provide your order number and email address.

Once verified, your subscription plan will be activated within 24 hours.

Where can I find the order number?

You can find your order number in the order confirmation email or on the order history page of our website after checkout.

Example: #VIAIM1234.

What will happen if I don't contact the support after purchase?

Your subscription will remain inactive until you contact the viaim Support Team with your order details.

We recommend completing activation right after purchase to start enjoying your plan benefits as soon as possible.

What should I do if I didn't receive my subscription after 24 hours?

If your plan isn’t activated after 24 hours, please recheck your order details and contact service@viaim.ai or reach out again via the viaim App chat.

Do I have to buy a subscription plan to use viaim AI note-taking devices?

No. You can use all viaim products and basic app features without a subscription.
