Privacy Request

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction on the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain types of processing.

3. Information We May Need to Verify Your Request

To protect your privacy and security, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

Depending on the nature of your request, we may ask for:

· your name;

· the email address associated with your account or order;

· order number or transaction details;

· shipping address;

· state or country of residence; and/or

· other information reasonably necessary to verify your identity.

We will only use the information you provide for verification, request processing, recordkeeping, and compliance purposes.

4. Authorized Agents

If you are an authorized agent submitting a request on behalf of another person, please include the requestor's full name, your full name and contact information, proof of your authority to act on the requestor's behalf, and any additional information needed to verify the requestor's identity.

We may also require the requestor to verify their identity directly with us, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

5. Response Timing

We will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.

In some cases, we may need additional time, in which case we will notify you as required by law.

If we cannot fulfill your request, we will explain the reason to the extent permitted by law.
