All viaim products include a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered
Within 1 year of purchase, we will repair or replace products with verified manufacturing defects at no additional cost.
This warranty applies to:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Functional hardware failures under normal use
- Defects verified by VIAIM support
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Proof of purchase may be required.

Customers are responsible for backing up any stored data before sending products for service. viaim is not responsible for data loss during repair or replacement.
To the extent permitted by law, viaim’s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
