Will my subscription be extended if I redeem a new plan?
No. Redeeming a new paid subscription will not extend the remaining time of your current paid plan.
Each subscription (App or Website) is managed separately and cannot be combined at this time.
Can App and website subscriptions be merged together?
No! Subscriptions made through the App are managed by external platforms (such as Apple App Store or Google Play), while activation codes from our website are managed separately.
Because these systems do not share subscription data, their durations cannot be merged at this time.

Why is there no redemption option in my viaim App?
If you can’t find the redemption option in your viaim App, the most likely reason is that your app version is too old.
The subscription plan redemption feature is only available in version 2.0.3 and later.
Please make sure that:
- your viaim App is updated to version 2.0.3 or above
- you download the latest version from the official app store if needed
- after updating, reopen the app and check again
If the redemption option still does not appear after updating, please contact support for further help.
Can I use an activation code if I already have an active subscription?
Yes, you can redeem an activation code at any time.
However, please note that subscriptions from different channels do not stack.
If you already have an active subscription via the app, redeeming a new activation code will not extend your current plan duration.
Can I save my activation code and use it later?
Yes! Activation codes do not need to be redeemed immediately.
Please note: It's better to use the code until your current subscription expires.
What should I do if I didn't receive my subscription code after 24 hours?
If you have not received your subscription code within 24 hours, please first check your spam, junk, or promotions folder in your email inbox.
